So it’s been a bit longer than I’d like in terms of writing a blog post…my bad, ya’ll. But if I’m being fair, things have been rather busy lately.

If you’re new here, hi, I’m Amber and while I’m really great at time management, I haven’t yet figured out time control. Yep, still on the hunt for that 25th hour.

So what am I doing with the 24 I’ve been given? Well I have a 3 yr old and a 4 yr old, no family around to help, they’re not in daycare, I volunteer at my son’s preschool every Monday, I’ve recently started working out at the gym 2 hours/day, I sit on the board of a local NFP, and I’m gearing up to begin building a house down the street from me with our local Habitat for Humanity. Oh and I have a nearly full client docket.

Heh no big, right? And believe me I’m not saying this to brag, but to beg for your forgiveness in having been absent. I promise, I’ll be doing a LOT better from here on out. And I’ll be filling you in on more of the exciting happenings in my oh-so-exciting Midwest life.

That said, can I tell you a secret? I really really want a third baby.

Okay, put down the phone, no need to call the loony bin just yet. I’m not crazy…well not totally anyway.

I do really want another child (well, I actually really want at least two more) but we’ll be holding off for a bit so I can continue to improve my health and my husband can get back on track with his own weight loss.

That said, I’m still going ga-ga over all things baby so I figured I’d (sorta) cheat and share with you some of the most adorable onesies I’ve found recently. Please note that these links are affiliate links, which means should you click through to make a purchase, I may make a few pennies at no extra cost to you. Thanks in advance for supporting my Aldi coffee addiction!

Adorable Baby Onesies

Any time a family member has a baby, this onesie (or ones like it) is my go-to choice. It’s gender neutral and SO flippin’ cute. It’s a bit pricey at the tune of $16.99 but it comes from Etsy and I fully believe in spending a few extra dollars if it means supporting a fellow small business owner!

I’m not a big fan of cursing (at least not on my child’s shirt) but when it’s cute like this…I can’t help it. Look at how sweet that little fox is!!

Have you read the story of the natural birth I had with my daughter? We both needed a shirt like this one after that adventure!

Maybe this one is only funny to me because I’m an 80s baby?

Know what I said earlier about wanting a third baby? Well to be really honest, I REALLLLLLLLLLLY want twins. And omgoodness they would most definitely wear these onesies for like the first year of their life. Talk about cuteness overload.

So while I’ll be doing my best to tame my baby fever, I hope you’ve found at least a couple of these to be as adorable as I did. I don’t believe in paying much for children’s clothing, but I do think a new baby often calls for at least one or two cute onesies like those above.

That said, I’d love to know your thoughts: do you believe in buying new clothes for younger children? Or do you utilize re-sale sites like ThredUP to save money? Let me know below!
